YOU’RE INVITED!
REinvesting in your home or income property can sometimes be tricky to navigate; especially if you intend to rent a part of your home that is separate from your primary living quarters (i.e. “in-law apartments” or “carriage houses”). In Boulder, these are known as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), and they are a source of income to many Boulder homeowners, and a nice housing opportunity for tenants.
The City Council of Boulder has recently approved amendments to regulations that dictate the development and use of ADUs on residential properties. With the addition of the Affordable ADU, there’s much to learn and much to gain from knowing how these new changes may affect you. Jill Grano, a former city council member extremely familiar with these recent developments, will be joining us for a deeper dive into these changes.
And why not do so while enjoying a taste of a curated selection of cheeses with paired wines from our friends Will & Coral Frischkorn at Cured Boulder. They’ll show you how and why to pair them perfectly!
Of course, leading this conversation will be your hosts Jennifer Egbert & Brian Manning, who will also be giving their quarterly update on real estate market and mortgage trends. Space is limited, so please register (it’s free!).
