This New Years Eve, we’re all looking forward to saying goodbye to 2020 and welcoming in a fresh, new start. While traditional events are postponed this NYE, there are plenty of other things to do in Boulder to welcome 2021. Here are some events and activities to help our community ring in the New Year.
Ring in the new year from the comfort of your own home with Boulderado’s “Party in a Bag”. Place an order by 12/28 to enjoy a variety of NYE treats, including champagne and options for delicious, decadent entrees such as filet mignon, king crab legs, and lobster. For a staycation unlike any other, book a room and order room service!
As the holiday season wraps up, don’t miss one of Boulder’s downtown light displays. Make a cup of hot cocoa and grab some friends to enjoy a winter wonderland nestled against a picturesque background. Pearl Street shines with thousands of LED lights while the Colorado Chautauqua Historic District boasts its own beautiful, free display.

In celebration of Denver’s diversity, the Colorado Ballet, Wonderbound, and Cleo Parker Robinson Dance come together to display contemporary dance and performance routines. For those missing on-stage exhibitions, the Tour de Force offers relief from a year seriously lacking in live entertainment. Tune in and support Colorado’s inclusive artistic industry, as well as Boulder’s Colorado Chautauqua.
