Disco Brunch
When: 10/3, 10 am – 1 pm
Where: Junkyard Social Club
Boulderites of all ages can let loose at this themed Sunday brunch. The Junkyard Social Club is a recent and welcome addition to our city and provides a space for young, old, and everyone in between to gather, hangout, and socialize. Dance the day away to disco tunes spun by Junkyard’s house DJ and take a snack break to fuel up at FED Food Truck. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind Disco Brunch.
Community Harvest Festival
When: 10/6, 4 – 7pm
Where: Growing Gardens
Learn about community gardening, win prizes, and dine on delicious treats at Growing Gardens’ Community Harvest Festival. Tap your feet to twangy songs of the bluegrass band, grab a drink from the Biergarten, or even pick a pumpkin to take home and carve into a charming Halloween decoration. This donation-based event encourages alternative transportation and is even giving away a prize for those who walk, bus, bike, or carpool! Come pet some goats and hang out at Growing Gardens.
Nude Foods Market Grand Opening

Indigenous Arts Market Concert

Where: Gordon Gamm Theater at the Dairy Arts Center
Levi Platero, of the Levi Platero Band, hails from the Navajo Nation in the Southwest Region of the United States. Witness the diverse talents of this musician as he mixes Texas blues with vintage classic rock. His captivating live show runs the gamut from soulful crooning to acrobatic guitar performances. Catch him at The Dairy this fall.
Melinda Rosenburg: Two-Fold
When: 10/14
Where: Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art
The gorgeous art exhibit, Two-Fold, by renowned artist Melinda Rosenburg kicks off on October 14th. Rosenberg paints, cuts, and folds wood to create abstract, multi-dimensional sculptures. She collects found-wood from dilapidated barns and buildings across the Midwest and paints each piece to showcase its special grain and aging.
