Hanukkah is just around the corner! This Jewish holiday, also called the Festival of Lights, occurs from December 25th to January 2nd this year. Chanukah Wonderland
When: 12/15
Where: 295 S Locust Street, Denver
Searching for a Chanukah event for the little ones? Chanukah Wonderland in Denver is a can’t-miss! This gathering is ideal for kids ages 1 to 12 and is happening on December 15th at WCRJ Synagogue in Denver. From 10:30 am until 12:30 pm, your family can explore many activities that will ignite a lifelong love of Chanukah. There’s a lot of hands-on fun here, including stations like Chanukah crafts, Menorah building, human dreidel, and cookie decorating. RSVPs are required, so sign up here if you want to attend.
Drinks and Dreidels
When: 12/28
Where: Four Seasons Denver
Drinks and Dreidels allows Jewish professionals to mingle and network while celebrating the fourth night of Hanukkah. You can enjoy access to the premium bar, special Chanukah hors d’oeuvres, and Menorah lighting at this event. Tickets are available here.
Chanukah on Ice
When: 12/29
Where: Old Town Skate in Louisville
If you’re looking for family-friendly festivities, head to Old Town Skate (previously Winter Skate) in nearby Louisville for Chanukah on Ice. Bring your ice skates or rent a pair, and get ready to have some fun on the ice! This is always a popular gathering, featuring Chanukah music, lighting of the Menorah, and delicious sufganiyot (jelly donuts). Please RSVP here.
Chanukah Menorah Lighting
When: 12/30 at 5:30 pm
Where: 1300 block of Pearl Street
The Menorah Lighting on Pearl Street has been an annual tradition in Boulder for many years! This year, bring your loved ones to the 1300 block of Pearl Street to participate in this beautiful community event. Festivities commence at 5:30 pm. Stay for the Menorah lighting, and enjoy sufganiyot, fresh latkes, and Chanukah favors. No RSVP is required!
