Moroccan Nights
When: 12/18, 2pm
Fancy a break from traditional holiday foods like charcuterie, cookies, and dips? Moroccan Nights will certainly shake up your dining routine. Hearty spices, rich tagines, and thick sauces make Moroccan cuisine stand out amongst the rest. Food Lab’s spin includes Moroccan meatballs, chicken and orange tagine, chermoula, and more.
Holiday Shared Tapas
When: 12/26, 6:30pm
Pan-seared scallops with potato crisps, herbed lamb lollipops, fried artichokes with creme fraiche – hello?! Yum! This menu will set you up for success during your next dinner party or holiday gathering. FoodLab makes learning easy in its gorgeous test kitchen, and with knowledgeable instructors leading the way, you’ll learn how to fry, flip, and flambé. Plant Based Holiday

A perfect gift-option for the vegans and vegetarians in your life, Food Lab’s Plant Based Holiday class walks participants through an entire menu based around the earth’s bounty. Holiday celebrations typically serve up traditional platters like turkey, ham, and stuffing. However, celebratory dinners can be just as delicious, healthy, and gentler on the environment by opting for more veggies. Learn how to make sweet potato gnocchi, saffron arancini, and more during this interesting class.
Celebratory Shared Plates
When: 12/28, 6:30pm
Hosting a New Years Eve party? Then this class is for you. Wow your dinner guests with goat cheese poblano wontons, roasted lamb with raspberry chutney, and bacon and pomegranate salad. Class is divided into groups of four giving you and your sous chef the chance to make new friends. Enjoy the lull between holidays with this fun cooking class.
Fondue

Popularized in the 60’s and 70’s, this hot-pot style cooking is back in style. Nothing is more fun than gathering around a hearty pot of delectable cheese and dipping veggies, bread, and whatever else your heart desires. Perfect for girls’ night, date night at home, or even a fun dinner surprise for the kiddos, Fondue offers a creative way to cook together. This menu features beer-battered fried Shabu Shabu, smoky three-cheese fondue, and salted dark chocolate fondue for dessert. Don’t miss it!
