Pasta Workshop (Ravioli): October 23
If you’ve always wanted to try making homemade pasta but find the process too intimidating, Pasta Workshop offers the perfect opportunity for expert guidance. You’ll discover that it’s much easier than you expect! You’ll start by making your own dough, then use it to create two different types of ravioli. The main course will be served with fried artichoke frisee and farro salad. This class is quite popular, so be sure to register soon!
Evening in Bordeaux: October 24
Love the rich wines of France’s Bordeaux region? This menu is crafted to perfectly accompany those wines. You’ll prepare gourmet dishes like blue cheese and walnut stuffed pears, seared duck breast with red wine pan jus, and roasted garlic potatoes. Bon appétit! Registration is now open.
Modern Steakhouse: November 1
Although steakhouse classics are simple, mastering them can be tricky. If you’ve always wanted to enjoy steakhouse dishes at home, the Modern Steakhouse course should be on your schedule. You’ll start by making the not-so-classic wedge salad and crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and spicy glaze, then progress to the petit filet with garlic butter and chimichurri sauce. Register here.
