Street Wise Arts is a nonprofit organization in Boulder, Colorado dedicated to enhancing the urban environment and amplifying diversity through the arts. The Mural Series is an ongoing seasonal program designed to bring community-informed and accessible mural projects to our city. The annual Street Wise Mural Festival is coming up soon. What to Expect
This year, the festival runs from September 13th to 15th. As artists explore the intersection of art and activism (ARTivism), the festival will install public art projects throughout East Boulder. The theme is environmentalism and climate change, as these issues are among the most pressing of our time. This year, Street Wise is partnering with Roots Music Project and The Spark to include live music and performances in the program.
During the three-day program, attendees can participate in numerous events as they explore the artists’ perspectives and interpretations of climate change and climate action. Ultimately, the goal is to educate, inspire, and empower our community to take an active role in fighting the dangers of climate change.

Street Wise Arts is an incredible organization contributing significantly to our artistic city.
