Each fall, wine enthusiasts from near and far gather in our city for the Boulder Burgundy Festival. This highly anticipated event has become one of the top wine festivals in the country—and for good reason, it’s truly exceptional! The 15th annual event will be held from October 24th to 26th at various locations throughout Boulder. Founded by Master Sommelier Brett Zimmerman of Boulder Wine Merchant, this cherished gathering honors one of the world’s most renowned wine regions: Burgundy in France.
The featured producer for 2025 is the renowned Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine from Pernand-Vergelesses, a family-owned winery led by talented Christine Dubreuil, the fifth generation to oversee the estate. Known for crafting expressive wines, Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine is a woman-led winery—an exciting highlight of this year’s festival.
Throughout the weekend, you can enjoy tastings, educational dinners with winemakers, and the popular Paulée lunch. Each event is carefully planned to bring the world of Burgundy to Boulder in a fun and welcoming way. Whether you’re an experienced collector or just looking to learn more, the Boulder Burgundy Festival offers a chance to sip, savor, and connect with the best in the field.
