The mouthwatering menu features Texas staples, such as beef brisket, smoked sausage, and green chile mac and cheese. If you’re ready to try Wayne’s, stop by on Friday or Saturday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. This is a lunch-only establishment that stays open until it’s sold out–which can happen fast!
Georgia Boys
Not to be outdone by Alabama and Texas, Georgia Boys in Longmont serves up the best of Georgia BBQ. Founded in 2011 by two friends from Georgia, this barbecue joint began humbly at the height of the Great Recession. Rollin’ Bones Colorado BBQ
You’ll want to check out Rollin’ Bones Colorado BBQ. This food truck can be found at different locations throughout the state and is frequently in Boulder. On Fridays from October 25th until November 7th, the truck will be at Rayback Collective from 12:00 to 9:00 p.m. All meats are slow-cooked on hickory, mesquite, oak, and fruitwood, leading to incredible flavor and tenderness. You won’t want to skip the homemade four-cheese mac and cheese and smoked pinto beans.
