Summer of Love Concert Series

The Summer of Love Concert Series is back! Each Friday evening through August 23rd, Twenty Ninth Street hosts live musical performances by talented artists. While enjoying the concerts, explore food and libations from Nopalitos Mexican Restaurant and the beer garden. Be sure to check out this site for more details!
Date Night: Stained Glass and Chill
When: 8/9, 8/16, 8/17, 8/23, 8/30, 8/31
Where: Colorado Glass Works
Looking for an unconventional date idea? Check out Stained Glass and Chill, hosted by Colorado Glass Works! This venue offers stained glass-making classes on Friday and Saturday nights throughout August. The registration fee includes all materials, and you’ll walk away with a beautiful handmade creation.
Back to School Summer Art Market
When: 8/10
Where: Dairy Arts Center
Dairy Arts Center presents Back to School Summer Art Market on August 10th from 11 am to 4 pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to support local artists and find intriguing new pieces. Over 15 vendors will showcase their work, which you can explore while enjoying shaved ice and live music. If you’d like to stop by early, a donation-based yoga class starts at 9:30. Bring your mat!
Pearl Street Stampede
When: 8/28
Where: Historic Downtown Boulder and Pearl Street Mall
Ready to celebrate the start of CU Buffs’ season? Don’t miss out on Pearl Street Stampede! This tradition has become a beloved kickoff event for fans of our football team. Starting at 7 pm on August 28th, hundreds of Buffs fans will congregate on the 1300 block of Pearl Street to enjoy a rousing performance by the Golden Buffalo Marching Band. Led by a vintage 1948 fire truck, the band will move west and stop on each block of Pearl Street. Tickets aren’t required; just stop by!
Fall Fest 2024
When: 8/31
Where: Fox Theatre
Fall Fest 2024 is for all the college students out there. To start off the semester with a bang, join Slacker University at Fox Theatre for the biggest back-to-school event in Boulder. From 7 to 10 p.m., partygoers will indulge in an electrifying experience that includes music by nationally touring DJs, CO2 cannons, LED effects, and more. Grab your tickets here, and don’t forget to wear your school colors.
