Meadow Music
These free concerts on Chautauqua Green are a highly anticipated Boulder summertime event. Throughout June, July, and August, singer-songwriters Jeff and Paige host a lively concert accompanied by a short nature hike for children of all ages. The concerts are educational and spirited, teaching guests about the environment in an engaging way.
CU Museum of Natural History
Explore the natural history that makes our state so special. Visit exhibits featuring dinosaur fossils, Colorado’s birds, and archaeological discoveries from century’s old human civilizations. ABC Kids Climbing Gym
This 7,200 square foot space was designed with kids in mind. With a special area for kids 2.5 – 5 years old, this gym is a friendly, approachable space where children can learn climbing techniques. Camps, classes, and individual instruction help children expand their athletic skills while engaging them in a fun sport.
Gateway Park Fun Center
For some good old-fashioned family fun, check out Boulder’s Gateway Park Fun Center. Spend the day playing mini golf, zig-zag through the human maze, or take a swing at the batting cages. On rainy days, the Gateway Park Fun Center makes for an easy, entertaining activity for groups of kids any age.
Mountain Flower Goat Dairy
On select Saturdays, this Boulder dairy opens its doors to the public. Kids will delight in wandering around the dairy, petting goats, and assisting in bottle feeding. Visitors may even get to sneak a peek at the milk processing facility or witness a hoof trimming.
