Everyone is a little Irish on Saint Patrick’s Day, and Boulderites are no different. This year, Boulder is cooking up some authentic Irish meals, serving up frothy green beer, and turning up the volume with classic Irish music.

Touted as ‘Boulder’s favorite everything store’ – McGuckin is geared up again to host its annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Last year’s festivities included Irish dancing, soda bread, and a how-to lesson on building a potato tower. This March 17, the chef is serving up a traditional Irish breakfast of bangers and mash, Shepard’s Pie, and more traditional Irish cuisine. Green beer is offered as a delicious pairing to this hearty Irish meal. Clink frothy mugs with your neighbors at this famed Boulder establishment.

Boulder Beer Co., the city’s first brewery, is hosting its first annual Puppy Parade this St. Patrick’s Day. No further details have been announced but one thing’s for certain – this will be the cutest event of the weekend.
