Where to Take Your Guests for Thanksgiving Dinner in Boulder, Colorado

There’s nothing quite like bringing your loved ones together to share a Thanksgiving feast. However, not everyone likes spending the day over a hot stove, only to have dinner devoured in minutes and a pile of dishes to deal with afterward. This year, get out of the kitchen and enjoy a stress-free holiday meal at one of Boulder’s many fine dining establishments. Here are ten of our favorites.

Having recently opened in 2016, Arcana is a new addition to Boulder’s restaurant scene. Its kitchen features fabulous farm-to-table fare, including freshly baked bread and homemade butter, and strives to create seasonal dishes true to Colorado’s history and culture.

Black Cat

Almost everything served at this restaurant comes directly from Black Cat Farm, a 130-acre Certified Organic farm located just outside the city of Boulder. The menu emphasizes flavors, colors, and textures native to the Front Range.

Bramble & Hare

The sister restaurant to Black Cat, Bramble & Hare’s menu changes daily and offers rustic farmhouse-style dishes in a laid-back, vintage atmosphere. Ingredients are cultivated at Black Cat Farm or foraged nearby.

Chautauqua Dining Hall

Enjoy a meal with a view at the historic Chautauqua Dining Hall, nestled at the foot of the Flatirons. The Dining Hall’s Thanksgiving special features a four-course meal with family-style appetizers. Guests may choose from five entrees, including a vegetarian option.

Established in 1969, Cork’s menu showcases modern American cuisine prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Their Thanksgiving dishes range from traditional turkey to crab béarnaise, and even come in children’s portions for tiny tummies.

Greenbriar Inn

The Greenbriar Inn, located in the charming countryside of North Boulder, boasts a fine dining tradition going back 50 years. Much of the produce and herbs used in cooking are grown on the 20 acres of land surrounding the restaurant. This year’s Thanksgiving buffet includes an array of over 10 fabulous dishes.

French- and Asian-inspired takes on Mediterranean cuisine are what make L’Atelier one of Boulder’s most unique dining destinations. Choose from a wide variety of plates this Thanksgiving, whether traditional or exotic.

Located at the historic site of Tom’s Tavern, SALT’s menu features comfort food with a modern twist and a collection of quality cocktails. Enjoy a delicious meal made with sustainably sourced ingredients in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Spruce Farm & Fish

With a mission to provide natural and locally focused food, the chefs at Spruce Farm & Fish take pride in knowing exactly where their ingredients come from. They’re open only for brunch and lunch and offer everything from chicken and waffles to steak frites.
