Summer is slowly closing its doors for the season and fall foliage has begun to blanket our town. Autumn means many things, but most importantly, that the holidays are just around the bend. Instead of waiting until the last minute to order gifts online, shop Colorado’s awesome  holiday markets. You’ll discover handmade, one-of-a-kind products that are sure to delight even the most selective of friends and relatives on your list. Here are some of Colorado’s best seasonal markets along the Front Range. 

Deck the Mall

When: 10/26 & 10/27, 10 am – 5 pm

Where: Pearl Street Mall

Boulder’s much anticipated fall market is back yet again with local artisans and specialty vendors, gearing up to set up all along the historic Pearl Street Mall. Children will delight in the arts and crafts area while adults can enjoy live music and catching up with the community over warm, seasonal drinks. Prepare for the holidays with a crisp jaunt along Pearl. 

Urban Holiday Market

When: 11/2 & 11/3, 11 am – 6 pm

Where: Skyline Park, Denver

This downtown Denver park comes alive with holiday cheer during the first weekend in November. Denver’s Urban Market is known for its variety of vendors, tasty food trucks, and high-quality goods. During this autumn weekend only, the Urban Market puts on its best seasonal attire and focuses on fulfilling holiday shopping needs. 

Boulder Holiday Market

When: 11/23, 10 am – 5 pm

Where: Central Park

Join local artisans, foodies, and crafters at this annual gathering. The Boulder Holiday Market never fails to delight holiday shoppers with its plethora of specialty foods, original scratch made goods, and luxurious personal care products. Make this a family affair and pack an autumn picnic basket for lunch by the creek. Listen to live music or mingle with other Boulderites at this Saturday event. 

Winter Market

When: 12/7 & 12/8, 9 am – 3 pm

Where: Boulder County Fairgrounds, Longmont 

It’s always bittersweet to say “see you next year” to the array of Boulder County Farmers Market vendors. But each winter, we are again treated to one weekend of fresh winter produce, homemade treats, and beautifully crafted products like soaps, lotions, textiles, and more. Get your farmers market fix at this lively winter market. 

Christmas Market 

When: 12/7, 12/8, 12/15, 12/16

Where: 6th Street, Georgetown

For 60 years, this European Christmas Market has attracted visitors from all over the state to picturesque Georgetown. Even though it’s only a short drive down I-70, guests will be transported to a winter wonderland, nestled at the start of the Rocky Mountains. Horse drawn carriages pull riders through soft snow along a decorated main street while hot roasted chestnuts and carols foster a holiday spirit.
