Studio B

Rooted in a strong modernist aesthetic,Studio B’s  fresh, minimalist design, elegant site integration and seamless interplay between architecture, interiors and nature have garnered increasing national attention since the firm’s founding in Aspen, Colorado in 1991. With numerous prestigious design awards received over the last decade, and recognition by the American Institute of Architects/Colorado as the organization’s ‘2009 Firm of the Year’, Studio B’s influence and growing portfolio of modernist work have continued to draw attention far beyond the Rocky Mountain West. The firm opened a new studio in Boulder in 2014 to better serve its expanding clientele in the Front Range.

Discerning clients—drawn to the firm’s visually evocative yet highly functional architecture, detailed service and active engagement of the client—find that Studio B’s inventive approach not only exceeds expectations, but elevates and enriches one’s life experience overall. The resultant inclusive, collaborative design process—known for genuinely valuing client and community input and ideas—brings an added intimate dimension to the team’s evolving conversation of intellectual inquiry, exploration and discovery.

Studio B brings a rare level of artistry to their notable designs elegantly accomplished through an unforgettable, egoless, engaging experience that catalyzes new clients to seek them out and former patrons to work with them again.

Harvey M Hine Architecture

HMH Architecture + Interiors designs houses with beauty and functionality.  As an award-winning Boulder architect and interior design office, they want to stir the architecture community by creating what they call “Colorado Modern.”  Unlike the stereotypical modern design, they create environments that are warm and inviting.
They design comfortable, sculptural spaces that elicit emotions from every corner.  Whether large or small, and regardless of budget, a reverence for clean, non-fussy, green design leads the process.

HMH has a relentless commitment to clearly defining and organizing every detail of a project before the construction begins.  This keeps the project on time and on budget. Plus, it ensures a process and product that is a joy for their clients.
