First Bite Boulder: November 2015’s Premiere Event

It’s restaurant season in Boulder, and locals are especially excited about the one-week culinary bonanza known as First Bite Boulder. From November 13-21, over 40 local establishments participate in this wonderful event by preparing delicious menus that showcase their chefs’ talents. Dine in Boulder: T/ACO

An authentic taqueria to the true sense of the word, T/ACO combines traditional Mexican fare with its own unique, eclectic spin. With fresh ingredients and a menu that would make even the pickiest eaters swoon, this Boulder staple has built a cult-like following both with university students and surrounding communities. Opened in May 2012, T/ACO has seen quite a rise in the ranks, and is quickly garnering fans in these parts. Great food, an awesome drink menu, and a killer atmosphere make this restaurant the perfect place to kick back with friends. The food’s so good that T/ACO’s masterful creations even made Thrillist.
